It’s certainly hard to believe this is the last weekend before our Melitta 30 and 30 Challenge will be done.  Just think, two more days and our Challenge will be no more.  A bit sad, isn’t it?

I don’t know about you, but this weekend went entirely way too fast for my husband and I, but then weekends do have a way of getting away from us and just flying on by and then, there you are –Monday has arrived way too fast and way to early.

Both my husband and I attended the National Women’s Show this Saturday in Toronto at the Metro Convention Centre, and I must say, it is absolutely the best show...

It is a lovely 24* but cloudy here in Quepos, Costa Rica.  They forecast rain later but we shall be gone by then.  Our plane for the cold and snowy weather will arrive soon enough. -boo hoo, boo hoo

For this most special of times, we had a lovely meal the night before.  It is a meal that the locals would have on special days.  It was a feast!!!  There was Arroz con Pollo(rice with chicken), a Russian Salad(beets, potatoes, hard boiled eggs and mayonaisse), squash and fired plantain.  Of course, to top the evening off, there was their Costa Rican Tarrazu!!!!  As we sipped  our coffees, we toasted...

I'm back again with my review for Melitta World Harvest Coffee in Costa Rican Tarrazu!
